The innovative PULZ® coating unit was developed in close cooperation with a leading global manufacturer of fasteners. The special technology, for which a patent application has been filed, enables coated parts to be brought to spin-off speed with an acceleration of 32g after dipping. At the same time as the spinning speed is reached, the position of the parts can be changed so that the excess coating medium can be removed from
